3/31/2012 0 Comments Plaques for saleMy nephew, Aaron, is trying to raise money for a basketball wheelchair. His coach writes... Aaron plays wheelchair basketball for the Wakefield Whirlwinds who are based at Featherstone Sports Centre. He plays U-15s for Whirlwinds and, as Captain of the team, has taken his team to the National Junior Finals (March 2012). He also plays in the Whirlwinds in the National Third Division. This season he has been selected to represent the North of England in the National School Games in London. Aaron is in need of his own specialist basketball wheelchair, and we hope that you are able to support him as he takes on this considerable challenge. Steve Greatorex, Coach, Wakefield Whirlwinds WBC It has given me the push I need to finally get around to listing my spare plaques on the Exchange page. Here's a taste below: The first £500 raised through sales will go to Aaron's wheelchair. I'll finish listing them later today. So why not grab a reasonably priced plaque for a good cause? Sensible offers considered.
